At the Lancaster pageants we strive for excellence in both competitors and judges. Therefore: All queens will be decided upon by the judges on a point system. The decision of the judges is final and will not be disputed for any reason. No queen shall be selected by the Director, her staff, or reigning queen. Judging and scoring are conducted as fairly and impartially as possible. Judges are selected carefully, and every effort is made to choose individuals who do not personally know any contestants or their immediate family members. When possible, judges are selected from outside of the Lancaster area to further promote fairness and neutrality. All scores are tabulated electronically and then double-checked by a pageant committee member to ensure accuracy. Lancaster Pageants is committed to maintaining a professional, transparent, and fair judging process for all contestants.
